Job summary

Farmers Insurance® Agencies district managers are entrepreneurs who run their own district office, coach agency owners, and help grow a network of high‑performing businesses. This role blends strategic leadership with business development and talent cultivation, backed by Farmers' trusted brand and strong training programs.

You'll lead growth efforts, design growth plans, and mentor owners while building a culture of collaboration and accountability across your district.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check is required.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Applicable Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses.
• Access to startup capital (no startup fees charged by Farmers).
• Completion of the University of Farmers District Manager Program.

Responsibilities

• Coach new and experienced agency owners to help drive profitable growth.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies that expand market presence and enhance agency performance.
• Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations, and sales development.
• Strengthen the Farmers brand through community engagement and relationship-building.
