Job summary

Yona invites skilled food service leaders to oversee dietary operations across multiple facilities in the district. You will coach managers, lead dining programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high quality service for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role emphasizes staffing, budgeting, training, and coordinating with other departments to keep survey readiness and customer satisfaction. Strong supervisory experience in long-term care, CDM/CFPP credentials, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality
• Food service supervisory experience; long term care preferred
• CDM/CFPP certification per ANFP
• Proficient in Windows-based MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work all shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops Food Services Directors and Supervisors in the district
• Leads quality dining programs to enhance residents' meals
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary food service operation
• Forecasts and purchases supplies and equipment; manages budgeting
• Trains workers in dietary procedures and equipment operation
• Participates in facility meetings and coordinates with other departments for housekeeping and survey readiness
• Maintains records of inventory, compliance, income/expense, and personnel
