Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead daily operations across multiple restaurants, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure compliance with company policies and uphold a culture of safety and integrity.

Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, implementing local marketing, and guiding General Managers. You will monitor performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and coach teams to achieve AOP targets while maintaining food

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple restaurants or a district
