Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a District Leader to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 5–7 Dunkin' and Baskin‑Robbins locations in the Mustang, Oklahoma area. You will develop and implement strategies to help the district meet its goals and support overall business objectives.

You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability through operational excellence, ensure brand standards and food safety, and build a strong team with proper staffing

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in portfolio meet Brand operational standards and food safety standards.
• Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
• Drive a clear vision and clearly communicates to the team.
• Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained.
• Treat all employees with respect and dignity, modeling professionalism and integrity with every interaction.

MOVIN'
