Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma City is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team with coaching and support to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.

You will help maintain a fast, friendly store environment, lead by example, and contribute to delivering great guest experiences while adhering to food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Restaurant/retail/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
