OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Edmond, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, support the management team, and coach crew members to perform tasks effectively. Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for customer interactions.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
