Job summary

Clear Creek ISD seeks an Assistant Director for the Department of Special Services in Webster, TX. The role provides leadership for development, planning, programming and implementation of supports for students across the department, coordinating with campus administrators to ensure compliant instructional and behavioral services.

You will oversee curriculum, data, budgets, staffing and training while advancing CCISD's mission and strategic goals for student success and district-wide excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Special Education certificate preferred.
• Texas mid-management/principal or other appropriate Texas Certification or Licensure.
• State Appraisal System training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate instructional programs with staff and administrators.
• Provide leadership for development, planning, and evaluation of the District’s Special Services programs.
• Direct instructional and curriculum services to meet students’ individual needs.
• Coordinate district functions and resources to ensure program consistency.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for special services.
• Monitor data sources and district reports to drive program decisions.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and supervision of personnel.
