Job summary

Clear Creek ISD is seeking an Instructional Materials Assistant to support the district warehouse operations in Webster, TX. You will receive, store, and distribute textbooks and teacher materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveries to campuses.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work with the Inventory Software and coordinate with staff while upholding CCISD core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Able to pass criminal history and driving record check.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and operate a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Check shipments and report receipts and errors.
• Break down pallets and sort by school; deliver to campuses.
• Fill textbook orders and deliver from shipments or depository.
• Transfer materials from overs to shortages.
• Enter delivery records into Hayes Textbook Inventory Software.
• Arrange CCISD vehicle for textbook delivery.
• Maintain inventory and generate holdings reports.
• Receive and check in adoption samples for display.
