Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in adult education and family literacy.
• Recruit participants and engage families across sites.
• Enter data, maintain records, and evaluate program progress.
• Develop monthly expenditure timelines to align with grant funds.
• Ensure cost effectiveness and prudent use of funds per grant manual.
• Coordinate project teams and manage volunteers and partnerships.
• Maintain Title I program documentation and assist classrooms as needed.
• Meet with Federal Programs staff to align program goals with district priorities.
