Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) to lead a team of associates, oversee Pre-installation Inspections and Job Site Inspections, and ensure timely completion of installed jobs across the lifecycle. This role emphasizes adherence to installation standards and strong customer communication.

The DIM will manage scheduling, job movement, and service closures, address escalations, and drive service and warranty programs while coordinating with the Branch Install Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legal right to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/home improvement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive customer experience by enforcing installation standards and leading a trained associate team.
• Lead hiring, goal setting, and performance management for the field install team.
• Utilize data and systems to meet cycle time, satisfaction, reorder and margin targets.
