Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Trusted advisor with strong relationship management with stakeholders.
• Senior HR leadership experience in a large construction organization preferred.
• Advanced HR knowledge to define best practices.
• Experience executing employment investigations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and implementation of the HR strategic plan for talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
• Leads development and monitoring of district HRPD strategy and KPIs.
• Accountability for recruitment, onboarding programs, and salary/bonus reviews.
• Coaches supervisors on succession planning and performance improvement.
• Leads investigations and facilitates outcomes; supports corporate and regional initiatives.
