Penske Logistics is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager to lead talent development, onboarding, retention, leadership skill building, workforce planning, compliance, and associate relations within 16 locations in IL, MN, WI, and IA. The role travels up to 50% overnight and can be based out of Bolingbrook, IL with regular onsite presence at local operations.

You will coach managers on policy execution, ensure enterprise programs are applied consistently, and work in a matrix reporting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Staffing, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Ability to work independently with urgency and accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local associate experience and retention through onboarding, engagement surveys, and recognition events.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition; resolve requisition issues and advise on local sourcing.
