Job summary

Penske Logistics seeks a Field Human Resources Manager to lead talent development, onboarding, retention, and leadership development across 25 locations in the defined territory. You will travel up to 50% and work closely with the Area HR Manager to ensure compliant, consistent HR practices and effective coaching of managers.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, associate relations, and analytics to improve the talent management system while supporting local operations and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years' experience in Staffing, Human Resources, or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Independent worker with strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives across talent development, onboarding, retention, and leadership development within the territory.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition with local recruiting partners.
• Coach managers on policy interpretation and procedures, including performance management and labor relations.
• Provide HR analytics to operations leaders for turnover, retention, and other metrics.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and Penske policies across locations.
