Penske Logistics is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager based in Lawrenceville, GA. The role leads HR initiatives across multiple locations, focusing on Talent Development, Onboarding, Retention, and Leadership Skills, with travel up to 50% to support up to 500 associates in four locations.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, compliance, associate relations, and talent development while coaching local managers in policy execution and fair treatment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Staffing, Human Resources.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment law.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to complete Penske employment checks and background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local associate experience and retention efforts through onboarding and engagement programs.
• Support local retention challenges and inclusive culture initiatives (D&I).
• Assist recruiting with requisition accuracy and local sourcing.
• Support start-up activities for new business and onboarding transitions.
• Collaborate with Area HR Manager on compensation packages.
• Oversee performance management and leadership development.
• Provide HR analytics to guide local decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, Equal Pay Act, and Penske policies.
