Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a District Operations Manager in South Jordan, UT to lead multiple gym locations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop gym managers, oversee schedules, payroll, budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. You’ll report to the Regional VP of Operations and drive continuous improvement across the district while fostering a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management, 4-6 locations depending on market.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation, time management and organization.
• MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Embrace core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across gym locations to meet standards.
• Recruit, train and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead by example; coach for performance and analyze business data.
• Lead CPR certification sessions and manage CPR records.
• Deliver hands-on training for adult learners with real-time feedback.
• Promote a positive member experience with high service and facility standards.
• Analyze KPIs to improve operational effectiveness and growth.
• Ensure health, safety, and company policy compliance.
• Address operational issues, member concerns, and staff matters promptly.
• Foster collaboration among managers and share best practices.
• Build community relationships to boost brand visibility.
