Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan. You will oversee store operations, coach teams, and be ready to take ownership of a bakery as a GM when available.

Shifts begin as early as 3am for opening duties; travel within the market is expected to gain exposure and leadership experience, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan, if not already in possession.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams to ensure high-quality food and beverages.
