Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams to ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management during the GM development plan.
