Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Administrator to join our safety-focused team in Commerce City, CO. The role covers payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing, and monthly financial close for the assigned branch. Remote or hybrid work are not options for this opportunity.

You will support time entry, ensure compliance, and help drive KPI performance while reporting to the customer site daily. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting or finance preferred; 4+ years in related field accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with invoicing, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payroll reconciliation and vendor PO management.
• Manage billing/invoicing and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch.
• Support time entry, payroll processing, and revenue/cost accrual in the close process.
• Assist with KPI tracking including DSO, accruals, and vendor invoices.
• Serve as first point of contact for revenue compliance issues.
