Salary ranges from $113,000 to $165,000 plus incentive opportunities. The position involves recruiting, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring safety compliance and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or higher.
• 3+ years leading large service engineering projects or 3+ years of management in related fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and delegate assignments to field employees and engineers, ensuring safety, deadlines, budget and quality.
• Act as a technical expert in engineering/services and provide customer interface and sales support.
• Coordinate service programs to optimize customer service and market penetration and develop staffing plans for district goals.
