Qualifications

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution or higher.
• 3+ years of experience leading large service engineering projects or management of related projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; reside within 50-mile radius of listed location.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and delegate assignments to field employees and engineers; ensure safety, deadlines, budget and quality.
• Act as a technical expert in engineering/services with product knowledge and customer interface.
• Coordinate service programs to optimize customer service and market penetration.
• Answer questions and provide sales support.
• Lead, recruit, train, set goals, and evaluate staff for professional growth and retention.
• Develop training plans and build a strong talent bench for DOC objectives.
• Ensure safety compliance across low/medium/high voltage work environments.
• Contribute to profit planning and monthly operations reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, district operations, sales, manufacturing, and support staff.
• Manage escalations in our 24/7 service model; make timely decisions when needed.
• Coordinate warranty issues within the district to resolve problems promptly.
