Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a District Operations Team Leader in the West Chester, OH; Worthington, OH; or Indianapolis, IN area. The District Operations Team Lead will lead our dedicated electrical field service team in the region. This role requires approximately 25% travel within the district with the added benefit of a company vehicle and corporate fuel card.
This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Candidates will be subject to a motor vehicle record check upon hire.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
