Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division in Worthington, OH is seeking a District Support Representative to oversee office operations, field service manpower, engineering and sales support for the district. This role requires 25% travel, a company vehicle, and a fuel card, with a regular driver designation under policy.

You will manage job schedules, budgets, and forecasts, while coordinating with the District Manager and Coordinator to develop profit plans and cost estimates for proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field service experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems, or 9+ years with accredited trade school
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• No relocation offered; within 50-mile radius of Worthington, OH; active-duty military exempt

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Field Service Representatives and Operations Coordinators during job execution.
• Prepare and review reports on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
• Maintain service equipment, test tools, and inventory to respond to standard calls.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, plants, and vendors to procure parts and services.
• Develop and maintain relations with customers and service shops to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing short-term financial forecasts, annual profit plan, and cost estimates for proposals and negotiations.
