Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a District Operations Team Leader for the West Chester, OH; Worthington, OH; or Indianapolis, IN area. Lead our electrical field service team, with ~25% travel and a company vehicle plus fuel card. Requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license and driving record check at hire.

Responsibilities include project management, staff leadership, safety compliance, and coordinating service programs to optimize customer service and market penetration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma from an accredited institution or higher.
• 3+ years leading large service engineering projects or 3+ years of management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel ~25% with a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and delegate assignments to field employees and engineers, ensuring safety, deadlines, budget and quality.
• Act as a technical expert in engineering and services; provide customer interface and support.
• Coordinate service programs to optimize customer service and market penetration.
• Provide sales support and answer application questions.
• Lead and develop staff through training, performance reviews and policy conformance.
• Ensure safety across low/medium/high voltage work environments and compliance programs.
• Input monthly operations data and assist in strategic planning with the district.
• Interface with customers, district operations, sales force, plants and management.
