Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Worthington, OH is seeking a District Support Representative to support our electrical field service team. Expect about 25% travel with a company vehicle and fuel card provided. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR are required for hire.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day district operations, managing schedules and budgets, and supporting engineering and sales activities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with field service experience (5+ years) evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• No relocation offered; within 50 miles of Worthington, OH; Military exempt from area limitation

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations for the district, including field service manpower, engineering and sales support
• Manage district job schedules and backlog; prepare job plans, budgets and schedules
• Develop forecasts, cost estimates for proposals, and support negotiations
• Provide timely reports on service work, product performance and warranty liabilities
