Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a District Support Representative to oversee district operations, including field service manpower, engineering, and sales support. You will help manage job schedules, budgets, and forecasts while coordinating with customers and cross‑functional teams to deliver on proposals.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, a valid driver’s license, and a background in electrical distribution/service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of 5 years of field service experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office including field service manpower, engineering, and sales support.
• Assist in managing job schedules, backlog, and preparation of job plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop short-term forecasts and annual profit plans; assist in cost estimates for proposals and negotiations.
• Provide technical and on-site support to Field Service Reps and Operations Coordinators.
• Generate reports on service work, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
• Maintain service equipment and inventory to respond to standard calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sales, plants, and vendors; support quotations.
