• Prepare and maintain job plans, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Generate reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities.
• Coordinate with customers, plants, and vendors to procure parts and services.
• Ensure safety compliance with Eaton policies and industry standards.
