Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a District Field Install Team Manager to oversee multiple stores and lead Field Install Teams across districts. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while coordinating NSVM projects and store renovations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in large-scale retail projects, and the ability to communicate across regional teams. Travel is extensive and performance is reported to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with budgeting and large project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage third‑party labor and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Field Install Team Associates and Store/Regional Teams.
• Conduct performance walks and provide training for Field Install staff.
• Coordinate NSVM projects and align scope with forecasted hours.
• Code hours to CPAR for NSVM projects and manage timelines.
• Develop rollout schedules and supervise field/SSC changes.
• Oversee District/Field operations, deliver weekly and monthly recaps.
• Lead monthly regional calls and weekly touch-base meetings.
