Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Field Install Team Supervisor to lead and develop Field Install Specialists across multiple store locations. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring planogram compliance through effective team coordination and merchandising execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years in retail or merchandising environments, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in retail environments and merchandising departments.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service oriented, able to work under pressure and be detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop FISs within the team, coaching to foster growth.
• Supervise and follow up on FIS activities, ensuring project execution per FIT standards.
• Partner with store and regional teams to execute merchandising strategies.
• Assist with merchandising bays, ensure planogram compliance, replace labels, pack out, build displays.
• Facilitate cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, merchandise layout, bay elevations.
• Ensure planogram compliance and attractive merchandise displays.
• Engage with the team during pack-out, stacking and display assembly.
• Meet project timelines and communicate issues to the Divisional Execution Manager.
• Ensure POP and signage are ordered and set according to planogram.
• Monitor FIT team timekeeping, expenses, and training data.
• Communicate objectives to FISs using appropriate programs and tools.
• Contribute to performance management for FISs and recommend promotions.
• Participate in hiring interviews for new FISs and collaborate with DEM.
