Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Field Install Team Supervisor to lead and coach Field Install Specialists across multiple stores. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, improving sales, and maintaining accurate merchandising standards.

The supervisor will travel frequently to various locations, oversee project execution, and collaborate with store and regional teams to optimize displays and planograms. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Field Install Specialists (FIS) to grow their skills.
• Supervise and follow up on FIS activities to ensure project execution.
• Partner with store and regional teams on merchandising strategies.
• Assist with merchandising bays, ensure planograms compliance and displays.
• Coordinate cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, and layouts.
• Ensure POP and signage are ordered and displayed per planogram.
• Engage with the team during pack-out, stacking, and display assembly.
• Meet project timelines and communicate issues to leadership.
• Support hiring discussions and performance reviews for FIS.
• Contribute to program execution to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
