Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Field Install Team Supervisor to lead the Field Install Specialists, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards across stores.

This role requires coordinating with store personnel and regional teams to execute projects and improve the customer experience. The supervisor will travel to store locations as needed, develop FISs, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of displays and planograms within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in retail environments and merchandising departments.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop FISs within the team, coaching for growth.
• Supervise and follow up on FIS activities to ensure project execution and service tasks per FIT standards.
• Partner with store and regional teams to execute merchandising strategies.
• Assist with merchandising bays, ensure planogram compliance, replace labels, pack out, and build displays.
• Coordinate cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, merchandise layout, and bay elevations.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Monitor FIT team timekeeping, expenses, and training data.
• Communicate objectives to FISs using approved tools.
• Contribute to performance management and recommendations for promotions.
• Participate in hiring interviews for new FISs.
