Job summary

Orange County Government's Facilities Management Division seeks a Maintenance Management Coordinator to oversee the East District Maintenance Office, covering 500 square miles and 1 million square feet. You will schedule maintenance, prioritize work, ensure quality, and run a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

You will supervise trades staff and vendors, maintain CMMS records (Maximo), generate KPIs, coordinate with departments, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with five years of facilities management experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver's license.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• May provide own transportation for duties.
• Mandatory emergency standby duty on rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise trades staff and vendor services for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain the building preventive maintenance program and records.
• Provide facility and KPI status reports.
• Coordinate maintenance with departments to minimize operational impact.
• Respond to emergency work requests and ensure safety/compliance.
