Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-site hospitality operations, drive growth, and ensure brand standards across a diverse portfolio. You’ll oversee district leaders, optimize financial performance, and elevate guest experiences in corporate dining environments.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, change management, and the rollout of new concepts, with a focus on building teams, managing budgets, and ensuring top-notch service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume hospitality or corporate services.
• Experience leading new openings or multi-site growth initiatives is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-site P&L budgets and revenue strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to District Managers and General Managers across locations.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate district leaders; build leadership pipeline.
• Oversee regional financial results, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.
