Job summary

The role requires strong educational leadership, data analytics, cybersecurity, and a track record of improving programs; you will supervise key IT staff and develop districtwide data systems to support student learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in educational leadership, data analysis, assessment, technology systems, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with student information systems, LMS, assessment platforms, and enterprise tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Superintendent to align operational decisions with district priorities.
• Lead districtwide program evaluation with metrics and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor a districtwide data system supporting learning and improvement.
• Establish a data governance framework ensuring data quality and security.
• Oversee assessments, data reporting, and analytics to inform curriculum and instruction.
• Provide vision for technology infrastructure and instructional technology across the district.
