Eurest, a leader in corporate dining, seeks a District Chef to oversee culinary functions across multiple corporate dining accounts. You will guide a team of associates and ensure safety and sanitation across all accounts.

You will mentor chefs, drive menu innovation, manage cost controls, and coordinate with marketing and culinary teams to improve the customer experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of culinary management experience required.
• Two+ years of multi-site culinary management experience required.
• High-volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts.
• Support a team of associates and oversee safety and sanitation.
• Teach, train and mentor chefs within the region.
• Drive innovation and develop menus for accounts.
• Manage cost controls and purchasing/inventory for accounts.
• Roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience.
