Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of culinary management experience.
• At least two years of multi-site culinary management experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering.
• Experience managing cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts.
• Teach, train and mentor chefs.
• Drive innovation in all accounts and manage costs.
• Plan menus and manage inventory across the region.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
