Job summary

Haffner's is seeking a District Manager of Car Wash Operations to oversee multiple car wash locations in a designated area. You will drive membership growth, ensure operational excellence, and lead site managers to meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage financial performance, enforce safety, and develop teams across sites. This role offers advancement and benefits consistent with a growing regional distributor in New England.

Qualifications

• 5 Years experience in Multi-unit supervision.
• Strong communication skills to motivate others.
• Proven capabilities in solving business challenges.
• Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
• Results-oriented with initiative.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with confidence.
• Ability to train, develop and mentor store personnel.
• Excellent project and process management skills.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversees the operational procedures of multiple car wash sites, ensuring they meet standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Sales and Membership Growth: Drives growth of membership enrollments at each site.
• Leadership and Communication: Provides leadership, direction, and feedback to store managers.
• Financial Management: Monitors revenue and expenses, boosting profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensures high customer satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensures health and safety regulations are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Performs site visits, audits, and reviews.
• Team Development: Recruits, trains and motivates site managers and staff.
