Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations for multiple car washes, working with site general managers and regional teams to ensure top-tier facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service, and safety while keeping costs in check for a consistent, excellent car wash experience.

You will hire, train, coach, engage, and develop high-performing teams, striving for superior customer service and sales results across your district.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3 years of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple car washes within the district.
• Lead site general managers and collaborate with regional and centralized teams.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service and safety at sites.
• Manage costs to provide a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience.
• Partner with market leader and HR on hiring, training, coaching, and accountability.
