Haffner’s seeks a car wash manager. We are looking for energetic people with a friendly personality who enjoy being around cars in an outdoor environment. The CWM will train and supervise staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure consistent execution of company programs and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that all attendants are trained in the proper handling of car wash quality issues.
• Ensure that all attendants are trained in the proper handling of customer damage claims.
• Ensure that all attendants are trained in all aspects of the Car Wash Club Plans.
• Work with the Car Wash Maintenance team to learn additional information on maintaining and repairing the equipment.
• Communicate and enforce compliance of the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, specifically but not only chemical handling.
