Job summary

GO Car Wash in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations for multiple car washes. You will work with site general managers, regional and centralized support teams to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service, and safety targets are met while managing costs.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing leaders, drive customer service excellence, and grow sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a service-related business.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop teams.
• Ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
