Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a District Manager to supervise operations for multiple car washes in the district. You will coordinate with site General Managers and regional teams to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, staff, marketing, sales, service and safety targets are met while controlling costs to provide a convenient, consistent, and exceptional car wash experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 3 years of management experience, and leadership to hire,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple GO Car Wash locations within the district.
• Collaborate with site general managers, regional and centralized support teams to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, staff, marketing, sales, service and safety targets are met.
• Manage costs to deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop site general managers and high-performing teams; prepare teammates for leadership opportunities.
