Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, develop the management team, and ensure profitable growth while delivering legendary customer experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years in a branch management or equivalent role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and travel with on-call responsibilities. Strong leadership, financial analysis, and customer-experience focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Successful background managing in pest control industry a plus.
• Available to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule for off-hours/weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives with district leadership.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams.
• Support and audit roles with operations, sales, and office leadership.
