Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the district, guide change, and ensure stellar customer experiences. You will coach and develop the management team, manage staffing, and align operations with company policies and district expectations.

This role emphasizes growth, profitability, and service excellence. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years in a branch leadership role, with travel and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years in Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating management to develop action plans.
• Review business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to meet operational goals.
• Provide auditing support with operations, sales, and office leadership.
