Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a district, mentor the management team, and deliver legendary customer experiences while driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in branch management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong financial analysis skills, and a proven ability to develop staff and implement programs.

Travel and rotating on‑call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pest control industry is a plus.
• Travel and rotating on‑call schedule for off‑hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by law.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch, plus legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management teams.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting district teams.
• Review metrics to identify problems and coach teams to improve operational goals.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
