Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, develop leadership, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role covers staffing, program implementation, and performance coaching, with travel and on-call commitments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in a branch management or similar role, and a track record in management, sales, and customer service. A pest control background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Experience in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smooth branch operations.
• Drive implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the district management to develop action plans.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to meet goals.
• Provide supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
