Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the district, develop the management team, and drive growth and top-level customer service.

The role requires strategic planning, staffing oversight, and implementation of company programs across operations and service management. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–7 years in a branch leadership role, with a strong background in management, sales, training, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years in Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity and profitability and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the Branch.
• Drive programs and initiatives by motivating the district management to meet objectives.
• Review districts' environments and metrics to coach teams toward goals.
