Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a district, guide change, and coach a management team toward growth and excellent customer service. You will hire and staff, delegate critical duties, and drive company programs to meet operational goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of branch leadership, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong financial analysis skills. Travel and on-call duties are expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates.
• Pre-employment background screen and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals while delivering legendary customer experiences.
• Interview applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to operations and service teams for smooth branch flow.
• Drive program implementations by motivating district management to meet objectives.
• Review district metrics and coach teams to improve operational performance.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership.
