Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks an experienced Branch Manager to guide district operations, develop the management team, and drive growth and service excellence. You will interview staff, plan responsibilities, and implement company programs while reviewing performance indicators.

The role requires 5–7 years in a branch-level leadership position, strong customer focus, and willingness to travel. A pest control background is a plus; on-call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.”

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management to ensure smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the district management team.
• Review district environments and business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to action and goals.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
