Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to lead district operations, drive growth, and ensure legendary customer experiences. You will build and coach a management team, recruit top candidates, and oversee staffing and program implementation.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in branch leadership, a background in management and customer service, and the ability to analyze financials in a fast-paced pest control environment. Travel and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Background in pest control industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch as well as deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates as well as monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team to develop and implement action plans that meet objectives.
• Review environments and key business indicators within the district to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and coach the team to take action.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
