Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, build a strong management team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee staffing, program implementation, and coaching to meet growth and profitability goals across the branch.

The role requires leadership experience, financial acumen, and a willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedules to support operations in a dynamic pest control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and training.
• 5–7 years in a Branch Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pest control industry a plus.
• Ability to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates; monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smooth branch operations.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives with district leadership.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to improvement.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
