Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Bond Construction Manager in Burnet, TX to oversee planning, design, and construction of district bond projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and timely delivery of facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bond project planning and construction principles.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and installation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and inspection certification process.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections of bond-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex bond construction to build/modify schools and facilities.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants on plans and specs.
• Coordinate bond project development and construction progress meetings.
• Coordinate with city, county, state, and federal officials on codes/regulations.
• Develop and maintain bond construction project schedules.
• Inspect bond construction for conformance to documents.
• Assess facilities for improvements and prioritize repair projects.
• Expedite punch list items and transition building operation to district.
• Develop resolutions to complex technical problems requiring in-depth analysis.
• Participate in prequalification or approval of architects/engineers/contractors.
• Update faculty and staff on program-driven bond design needs.
• Identify and evaluate land for future facilities development.
